Ich bin Samra Kadušić, aus Bosnien Herzegowina, und bin ich Freiwillige hier in Halle, in Kindersheim Clara Zetkin. Meine koordinierende Organisation ist Friedenskreis und ich schreibe diesen Bericht für sie und für alle, die es wird gelesen, Dank an Friedenskreis.
Zuerst ich will euch sagen, dass ich kannte Deutsch bevor meiner Ankunft nicht, und jetzt, nach 4 Monaten Arbeit mit Kinder in Heim ich kenne besser Deutsch.
My name is Dajana Miskovic, I have 25 years, I’m a Bachelor of Social Work and I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I’m volunteer since I was 16 years. For me, volunteering is not a waste of time and a way to lose time. Not executing other people's obligations or meaningless work for others. It is a process of true happiness for you and for others, happiness that lasts. That's why I came to Germany, specifically in Halle (Saale). I wanted to experience volunteering in another country, as something new, learn something new and meet people from other countries.
My name is Stefan. I have a wonderful opportunity to volunteer in Kita Lieskau, a place near town
called Halle in Germany. Right away when you enter the kindergarten you will notice how
everything and everybody is family friendly and also you will feel all the joy produced from
children's laughter and playing. You will be immediately greeted by my coworkers and pointed into
right direction if you need any help.

“Frohe weihnachtnen” Started with advance calendar, it was very surprising that open the door of calendar of each day till Christmas, Christmas market, Nikolous, Christmas parties, and in the Christmas Evening many gifts from santa clouse, only for me special “Christmas tree” wow ! I cannot forget the Christmas time really I felt the festival season like India. I am very lucky to have such guest family which did not allow me to feel like I am far away from my family. Yes, already half a year over.
